The terms and conditions of this contract are, in addition to all the terms of other agreements between you and RBC CM, and not by derogation, including, but not limited, to brokerage client account contracts, investment advisory agreements, credit or options agreements, or applicable investment fund or prospectus applications. If your ACH services are terminated for any reason, you will remain responsible for all ongoing transmissions, whether they occur before or after such termination. G. You guarantee that you have all the hardware and software you use to access the program or that you are authorized. The authorization of the program to access services offered in conjunction with third-party sources is subject to the conditions of these third-party sources. You acknowledge that RBC CM is not responsible for these terms of use and that you should contact these third-party sources directly if you have any problems with them.
